Important Booking Information
- All prices quoted and payments accepted are in Australian Dollars.
- We accept all major credit cards and EFT.
- Prices quoted are for direct transfers and will change in case of any diversion or additional pick up or drop off points with in the pre-planned trip.
- Public events usually invite a different rate as defined by the market and agreed upon by the customer.
- Waiting time incurs additional charge.
- The first 10 minutes are included as fare but if the driver pays for the additional parking charges then it will be charged on you.
- We assure our customers that the vehicles will be on time. Our drivers will wait for the customer for maximum 10 minutes. An additional $1.20 per minute is charged after 10 minutes.
- Baby or booster seats attract additional charges of $20 per item per trip.
- Upon receiving a booking, an automated email will be sent to your email address with the details for you to double check. AIRPORT LINK MELBOURNE (ALM) will endeavor to contact you for re-confirmation of the booking. If a response is not received from the phone number or email address supplied to us at the time of booking, AIRPORT LINK MELBOURNE (ALM) reserves the right to cancel such booking.
